Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
Directions

combine flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

in a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup and then pour over dry ingredients along with apples

cook over medium heat, approx 1/4 cup per pancake for 2 minutes then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes
