Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped apple
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar

Directions

  1. combine flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

  2. in a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup and then pour over dry ingredients along with apples

  3. cook over medium heat, approx 1/4 cup per pancake for 2 minutes then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes
