Orange-Barbecue Chicken Chunks

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless
  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Remove from heat and spray with vegetable oil spray. Cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes, or until tender and no longer pink in center, stirring occasionally.

  3. Sir in remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
