Orange-Barbecue Chicken Chunks

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless
- Vegetable oil spray
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Remove from heat and spray with vegetable oil spray. Cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes, or until tender and no longer pink in center, stirring occasionally.

Sir in remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
