Apple Raisin Crunch

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil spray
- 2 lbs. Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, ground
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. light stick margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Lightly spray an 8-inch square baking pan with vegetable oil spray. Put all the filling ingredients except the nutmeg in the baking pan. Stir together.

Sprinkle the nutmeg over the apple mixture.

In a small bowl, stir together the topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the apple mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
