Ingredients
- 9 medium potatoes, boiled with skins
- 1/4 c. butter (grated)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions

Peel potatoes, then shred on large hole shredder.

Ad butter, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix and put in pan

Sprinkle top with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
