Tuna Casserole

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 LB. Egg Noodles
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1/2 C. Diced Onion
- 3 T. Butter
- 1/4 C. Flour
- 1/2 C. Parmesan Grated
- 1/2 C. Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 1/4 C. Swiss Cheese
- 2 T, Melted Butter
- 2 C. Milk
- 2 Cans Drained Tuna in Water
- 3 T Breadcrumbs
- 2 T Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In pot, cook egg noodles.

Drain and set aside.

In large skillet, melt butter.

Saute’ Onions until translucent.

Add garlic and flour and stir.

Slowly add milk, constantly stirring until thickened.

Add tuna.

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Add 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese and all other cheeses and stir.

Add mix to noodles and stir well.

Place all in a oven safe baking dish.

In a small bowl mix melted butter, bread crumbs, and remaining Parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake for 15 minutes.

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
