Ingredients
- chicken breasts
- 2 medium onions
- thumb sized piece of ginger
- can of garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup curry paste
- can of coconut milk
- handful of slices almonds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 cups yogurt
- lemon
- chile
Directions

cut the chicken into slices

to a large frying pan add onions, ginger, chile and cook for around 10 minutes

add the garbanzo beans, coconut, and chicken

let simmer for 30 minutes and add salt and pepper
