Chicken Korma

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • 2 medium onions
  • thumb sized piece of ginger
  • can of garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup curry paste
  • can of coconut milk
  • handful of slices almonds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • lemon
  • chile

Directions

  1. cut the chicken into slices

  2. to a large frying pan add onions, ginger, chile and cook for around 10 minutes

  3. add the garbanzo beans, coconut, and chicken

  4. let simmer for 30 minutes and add salt and pepper
