Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium onions
- 1 chile
- thumb sized piece of ginger
- 1/2 cup mild curry paste
- can of diced tomatoes
- can of coconut milk
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- sliced almonds
- lemon
Directions

in a casserole pan add onions, chile, ginger and cook for 10 minutes

add curry paste and chicken strips then tomatoes and coconut milk
