Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup dried fruits
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350F

  2. mix ingredients together

  3. place on a sheet pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring even 5 minutes or so
