Drunk Shrimp

- 2 (12 ounce) bottles beer
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry crushed red pepper
- 1 lb unpeeled large raw shrimp (31/40 count)
Directions

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; add shrimp, and return to a boil.

Cook 2 minutes; remove from heat, and strain.
