Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
• 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
• 3 cups Gold Medal® Better for Bread™ flour
• 2 tablespoons dry milk
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast

Directions

1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

2. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
