Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions

Beat eggs, flours, salt (and pepper if using), oil and milk. Should be like yogurt. If it’s too thick, add more milk.

Heat nonstick pan to meduim-high.

Drop by tablespoons full to make 2 inch pancakes.

Can use this recipe for crepes by using 1 1/4 cups milk instead of 3/4 cups milk.
