Ingredients

• 1 1/2-Pound (12 Slices):
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
• 3 cups Gold Medal® Better for Bread™ flour
• 1/2 cup Betty Crocker® Potato Buds® mashed potatoes (dry)
• 2 teaspoons caraway seed
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Make 1 1/2-pound recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2-lb recipe with bread machines that use 4 cups flour.

2. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
3. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on cooling rack.
