Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/4 c hot sauce
  • dash pepper
  • dash garlic powder

Directions

  1. Cut the wings in 3 pieces, disgarding the tips

  2. In a small bowl mix flour, paprika, cayenne, salt

  3. Coat wings with mixture

  4. Cover and refridgerate 60-90 minutes

  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  6. Turn over to 375 and spray with pam to bake 5 min more

  7. While baking, combine butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic to sauce pan on low heat

  8. mix until butter melted. set aside until wings done

  9. when wings are done, put in bowl and add sauce; mix until well coated

  10. serve with blue cheese or ranch
