Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken legs (2 lbs.)
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Make 4 deep scores on each leg. Place all ingredients in plastic bag; marinate 15 minutes. Bake on lined baking sheet at 375° for 35 minutes.
