Spicy Roast Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken legs (2 lbs.)
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Make 4 deep scores on each leg. Place all ingredients in plastic bag; marinate 15 minutes. Bake on lined baking sheet at 375° for 35 minutes.
