Chocolate Peanut Butter Hu-Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed well
  • 4 tablespoons light coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Put everything into a food processor and blend well.

  2. If you’d like your humousse lighter, add a bit more coconut milk. But don’t add more than a teaspoon or so at a time.

  3. Top with chocolate chips or chocolate-covered almonds
