Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp herbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- 600g pasta
Directions

toss cheeses in bowl

melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic; cook for 1 minute

stir in flour and gradually add milk

add 3/4 of cheese to milk mix and stir until melted then add herbs

cook pasta and place in a casserole dish; pour mixture over pasta and add remaining cheese on top

bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes
