Ingredients
- 5 tbsp butter
- 2-4 sliced apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- bread
Directions

cook apples in butter; add sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon and cook sugar until dissolved

pour into a pan and arrange bread on top, mix together milk, eggs and vanilla and pour on top of bread

refrigerate overnight and bake in the morning at 375F for 30-40 minutes until puffed and golden
