Ingredients
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp tamari (soy sauce)
- 1/4 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil
Directions

Put the miso in a small bowl, along with the liquids. Stir to dissolve the miso.

Drizzle the dressing over a salad or steamed veggies. I enjoyed mine over a salad of lettuce, cucumber, zucchini and edamame beans. I hope you enjoy this miso salad dressing, the latest of my healthy vegan recipes.
