Salmon Quiche Bake

Serves 12 people

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 T cornstarch
- 2/3 c finely chopped onion
- dash pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs cooked salmon (can be smoked)
- 6 eggs
- 5 c grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lemon, juiced
Directions

Mix all together. Then pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, or until brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. It is also good cold.
