Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups reduced fat baking mix
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (or garlic powder)
- Vegetable Cooking Spray
Directions

Combine baking mix and cheese.

Add milk, egg stubstitute, and pepper, stirring 2 minutes or until blended.

Spoon into a 9 × 5-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray.
