Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 bakers potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 package sour cream
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1-2 dash salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Boil potatoes until tender. Beat with hand mixer until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Pour into 9×13 glass baking dish. Cube pieces of butter on top.

  4. Bake for 60 minutes.
