Cinnamon Whole Oats w/ Toasted Almonds

Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Oats
- 2 1/2 cup Water
- Flax Oil
- Maple Syrup
- Wine Plum Vinegar
- 1 cup Toasted Sliced Almonds
Directions

Place oats in bowl, Add enough water to cover & soak for at least 1 hr. when ready to cook, drain soaking water, rinse, & drain again.

Place oats in pot with water and salt. Bring to boil, reduce heat to med-low, Cover and cook unitl all liquid is absorbed (50-55 minutes)

Remove pot from heat, fluff with wooden spoon & season to taste
