Ingredients
- 2 pounds sliced fish
- Lemon wedge
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 pound chopped tomatoes
- 2 pounds chopped onions
- 8 ounces white wine
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a skillet, heat oil and onion

Simmer until onion is golden brown, about 5 minutes

Add tomatoes, wine, parsley and garlic.

Simmer then add salt and pepper

Salt the fish and douse with lemon juice

Lay in a baking pan

Top with remaining ingredients

Add 1/2 cup water and bake for about 30 minutes
