Watergate Cake Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. dry whipped topping mix
  • 1-1/2 c. milk
  • 3-1/2 oz. instant pistachio pudding
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 3/4 c. pecans, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Beat until thick all ingredients except coconut and nuts. Spread on cake, then sprinkle coconut and finely chopped nuts over the top.
