Ingredients
- 2 cups C&H dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 c salad oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 cups raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions

In mixing bowl beat together sugar, pumpkin, oil, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add ans stir until smooth. Blend in raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
