Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 c flour
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1/2 c of chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1st layer filling:
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 cup of a 9 oz tub of cool whip
- 2nd layer filling:
- 2 pkg instant lemon pudding (3 oz)
- 3 c milk
Directions

x crust and press into a 9×13 pan. Bake for 15 min at 350. Cool completely. Mix together 1st layer ingredients and spread on crust (Reserve remaining cool whip for top). Mix together 2nd layer filling ingredients and spread on top of cheese mixture. Spread rest of cool whip on top. Keep refrigerated.
