Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium sized potatoes
- 3 Tbsp Gold Medal Flour
- 2 tsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 2 c milk (apx)
Directions

Slice the potatoes thin and place a layer in the bottom of a casserole.

Sprinkle with a tablespoon of the flour, dot with butter, and add seasonings.

Continue until the potatoes are all used, making about 3 layers in all.

Pour in enough fresh milk to just barely cover the top layer.

ace casserole in a pan of hot water and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350.
