Mimosa Hawaiian

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (25 1/2 ounce) bottle dry white champagne, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher; stir well.

  2. Chill.

  3. Stir in champagne immediately before serving.
