Ingredients
- Shortbread
- 8 oz flour
- 2 oz sugar
- 4 oz butter
- Caramel
- 1 can condensed milk
- Chocolate topping
- 2 large bars milk chocolate
Directions

Make shortbread press into lined dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 165 C.

Boil condensed milk in can fully covered in boiling water for 20 mins – will explode if not fully covered.

Cool shortbread, cover in caramel, when cool cover with melted chocolate.
