Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup very ripe bananas, mashed (about 3 small)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

Butter and flour a regular sized Bundt pan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine first six dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl

Add bananas, margarine or butter, and eggs to dry mix and use electric hand mixer to combine well.

Stir in small chocolate chips and walnuts

Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, and top (what will be the bottom) is a deep, golden brown.

Cool on rack at least 15 minutes, then remove from pan. Cool completely and garnish with a generous dusting of powdered sugar.
