Sergeant Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup of white onion, sliced thin
  • 4 slices of marble cheese
  • 1 tsp of crushed red pepper
  • 1 thin bun
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Steam the cauliflower for just a couple of minutes so that they still have a bit of crunch but are not raw.

  2. Meanwhile, fry the onions in a pan with a bit of olive oil.

  3. Once those are done, place your cheese on one of the slices of thin bun. Then sprinkle on the crushed red peppers and add the onion.

  4. Chop the cauliflower up fine and place it on the bun as well. Place the other side of the bun on top.

  5. Finally, place your grilled cheese in the pan with a bit more olive oil and cook it for no more than five minutes on each side.
