Ingredients
- 1 FRESCHETTA® Artisan Original Pizza Crust
- 5 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 7 slices of smoked bacon, cooked crisp (about 1.5 oz.)
- 1/2 c. Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3 green onions, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Place bacon on crust, leaving a 1" border.
- Place butter in nonstick pan over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble till just set.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the crust.
- Top with cooked eggs, bacon and remainder of the cheese.
- Bake directly on center oven rack 8 – 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and just beginning to brown.
- Garnish with cut green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
