Bleu Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 FRESCHETTA® Artisan Original Pizza Crust
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. prepared wing sauce or hot sauce
  • 1 c. breaded chicken bites or small nuggets, prepared according to box directions
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. crumbled bleu cheese
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and hot sauce. Mix well.
  3. Add chicken to sauce mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
  4. Lay Provolone cheese on crust and top with coated chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled bleu cheese.
  6. Bake directly on center oven rack 8-10 minutes or until crust is crisp and the cheese has melted.
  7. Top with celery and green onions, slice and serve.
