BUFFALO CHICKEN & RICE DINNER

Ingredients

  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Buffalo Chicken
  • 2 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 1 oz.)

Directions

  1. Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides™ – Buffalo Chicken according to package directions. Stir in 1 cup celery.
  2. Arrange Rice on serving platter, then top with chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with blue cheese and remaining 1 cup celery.
