Brown Sugar Grilled Salmon

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • salmon fillets

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.

  2. Rub spice mixture over all sides of salmon

  3. Let stand 10 minutes.

  4. Grill salmon over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
