What you do:

In food-safe, resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients; turn to coat. Refrigerate until ready to grill.

Heat grill.

When ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack. Remove salmon from soy sauce mixture; reserve mixture. Place salmon, skin side down, over medium heat; cover. Brush frequently with soy sauce mixture. Total cooking time is 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily.

Discard remaining soy sauce mixture after grilling.Customize this recipe:
