Weight Watchers Creamy Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
  • 11 oz fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In medium bowl, combine condensed milk and eggs; mix until smooth

  3. Add lemon juice and zest to mixture

  4. Stir until incorporated and pour into crust

  5. Bake for 15 mins.

  6. Cool completely and for best flavor, serve chilled.
