Ingredients
- 2 cups prepared couscous
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced basil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

Toss the couscous and veggies in a large bowl, set aside.

Blend basil, vinegar, and oil until basil is well chopped up and pour 1/2 of the dressing over couscous mixture, toss to coat.

Add more dressing as desired.
