Ingredients
- 1 c. soft wheat flour
- 1 c. kamut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk(I use reg. milk or add 1tbsp vinger to regular milk)
- 1 ripe mashed banana
- 1/4 c. millet
- 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. flaxseed, ground
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions

Mix together; pour into muffin cups. Bake at 375 for approximately 15 minutes.
