Michelle’s Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup for topping)
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. can solid pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 1 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup reserved dry cake mix
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Directions

  1. Combine the first three ingredients and press flat into 13×9″ pan. That is the crust.

  2. Combine the next six ingredients and pour that over the crust.

  3. Combine the remaining four ingredients and sprinkle them over the top.

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
