Ingredients

• 1 lbs stew meat
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 stalks celery, sliced
• 4 carrots, chopped
• 4 potatoes, peeled & cubed
• 2 tsp. salt
• 2 Tbsp tapioca
• 1 C. tomato juice (V8 or generic)
• Oil

Directions

1. Heat skilled with oil

2. Brown meat w/ onion

3. Add meat, celery, carrots, potatoes to Crock-Pot

4. Mix salt, tapioca, & tomato juice together

5. Pour mixture of ingredients

6. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 on low
