Mustard-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 6 pork loin chops with bone (6 oz. each)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add the brown sugar, dijon mustard, vinegar, molasses, and ground mustard.

  2. Whisk until mixture is smooth and blended.

  3. Bring mixture to a boil, over medium heat; stir often.

  4. Lower heat, cover pan and simmer 2-3 minutes or until thickened.

  5. Place chops in a 13×9 inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  6. Spoon sauce over chops; turn chops to coat.

  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 18-22 minutes or until juices run clear; baste occasionally.
