Lemony Vegetable Saute

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound broccoli
- 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions

Saute broccoli in oil until crisp-tender; remove

Stir in carrots and saute until crisp-tender

Return broccoli to skillet

Stir in lemon

Combine butter and sugar; add to skillet and stir until vegetables are well glazed
