Cheese Ball

This is a very easy and impressive cheese ball…it is mild…tastes like gourmet deli!
Makes 2 balls…one for now…one for later!!
Serve with crackers.
Will keep well for a couple of weeks.

Ingredients
- 2 each 8 ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 each 16 ounce package Velveeta cheese
- 1 package Knorr brand dry vegetable soup mix
- Pecans, as needed, finely chopped
Directions

Grate cheeses and cream together well. (make sure cheeses are well chilled)

Add soup mix.

Divide into 2 equal balls.

Roll into chopped pecans.

Store in plastic bag in refrigerator at least over night.
