Dried Beef Spread

This just doesn’t sound good at all, but it is great!! People can’t stop eating it.
Serve with nice wheat or “town house” type crackers.
You can find the dried beef where canned tuna and canned chicken is in the supermarket. It only comes in one size, I think 6 oz.

Ingredients

  • 2 each 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar Armor dried beef, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese.

  2. Chop the dried beef even more than it already is in the jar. One of those counter top choppers works great, the kind you slap with your hand or fist.

  3. Clean and slice the green onions using the whole onion…chop the onions a little more too.

  4. Combine with the cream cheese.
