Spinach Dip

This is great to serve with raw veggies or just crackers.
Use a hollowed out round loaf of bread to serve in or a large hollowed out bell pepper!
The microwave works great to cook the spinach.

Ingredients
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 10 ounce package chopped frozen spinach cooked and drained (squeeze out excess liquid)
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Combine together with mixer or food processor.
