Spinach Dip

This is great to serve with raw veggies or just crackers.
Use a hollowed out round loaf of bread to serve in or a large hollowed out bell pepper!
The microwave works great to cook the spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 10 ounce package chopped frozen spinach cooked and drained (squeeze out excess liquid)
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine together with mixer or food processor.

  2. Chill
