Greek Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 2 boboli ready made pizza crust
  • 8 oz feta Cheese 26 oz four cheese Spaghetti Sauce
  • 6 roma tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • fresh basil
  • fresh baby spinach
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces. Cook in 4 tablespoons olive oil with 1/2 teaspoon dry basil and 1 clove garlic. Cook approximately 7 minutes on medium heat. Drain off excess oil. In a non-stick skillet saute the green pepper with a small amount of olive oil.

  2. Place the pizza crusts onto pizza pans. With a pastry brush, brush the crusts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil each. Use 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce per crust. Add minced garlic and onions. Add 1/4 cup of spinach and basil. Add tomato slices to the crusts. using a pastry brush apply another 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the tomato slices. Add the green peppers. Top with feta cheese. Bake at 400 degress for 12-15 mins
