Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon white pepper (to taste)
- red peppers (to taste) or cayenne (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
- paprika
- fresh parsley sprig
- cherry tomatoes
Directions

Combine the first 9 ingredients in a big bowl; toss gently.

Fold in mayonnaise; taste and adjust with salt and pepper.

Cover and chill 2 hours or until well chilled.

Spoon into a serving dish; sprinkle with paprika.

Garnish with parsley and tomatoes.
