Ingredients
- - 1 kilo kale
- - 1 kilo potatoes
- - Smoke sausauge
Directions

- Cook the kale till it is done about 1 hour

- Peel the potatoes and cook them till they are done 20 – 30 minutes

- Heat the smoked sausauge in hot water “make sure the water is hot but not boiling” for about 20 minutes

- Shred the kale
-
- Mash the kale and potatoes till it is a good mixture

You can now serve the kale with the smoke sausauge and enjoy your dinner.
