Cookies ’n Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) package vanilla milk chips
  • 1 can Pillsbury Oreo Creamy Supreme frosting
  • 10 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, cut into quarters
  • 3 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Directions

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges; lightly butter foil.

  2. Melt chips in large saucepan over very low heat, stirring until smooth.

  3. Remove from heat; stir in frosting.

  4. Add 10 quartered cookies; mix until well coated.

  5. Quickly spread in buttered foil-lined pan.

  6. Sprinkle with crushed cookies; press in slightly.

  7. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

  8. Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from fudge.

  9. Cut into squares.
